It was easy to get them online. The only thing I didn't like was having to download an app to download the tickets. It would have been much better to just have the tickets auto-populate from an email.
Easy access to a fantastic sight. It is a wonderful feeling to walk up those stairs. We happened to be on the very top next to the bells when they started ringing. Great view from up there.
pisa was awsome. disapointed with the ticket as when we got to pisa our ticket was not same time as booked. we where on a time limit as we were part of a tour group so the extra hour would of been nice to be able to experience it for longer. we did manage to get up and down pisa in record time and it was an awsome experience once we recovered. challenge....try standing up straight on the way up....you cant its a strange feeling.
It's important to note that you don't need to pick up a ticket at the meeting point, the one shown in the app is valid. When you arrive in Pisa, go straight to the luggage office to leave your bags and backpacks and then go straight to the queue to enter the tower according to the time, it's very quiet and easy to use.

OK this is simple I am a Catholic and know about your silly church rules however you have painting and sculptures of semi if not naked men and women yet you want a woman to cover her shoulders to go in a church (just to think you critise other religions for things you don't agree with) You lot are barmy you are completely around the bend and truth is I wouldn't visit another Catholic church as long as I live. There's an old saying in the English language "People in Glass Houses Shouldn't Throw Stones" perhaps you should pay heed to it.
The organization with the entrance tickets was great. Everything went smoothly. The information was all clearly written on the ticket. The only negative was: The Baptistery was partially closed for renovations Part of the cathedral was closed on the left side. The renovation work was extremely loud in the cathedral. There was also some scaffolding in Campo Monsanto

Great view but the thing I was most dissatisfied with was that I had a 6:30-7:00 PM ticket so that I could are the sunset. They kicked me out @ 6:50. So I paid full price but didn't get the full deal for what I paid for. Get a 6:00 PM ticket and stay till closing.
A great experience at the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the cathedral. What amazing architecture and so fascinating to physically see. Tie climb to the top of the tower is an experience in itself. The interior of the cathedral is stunning too. A definite must when visiting Pisa.
I loved the ease of access, how well organized everything is. I spent several days in Italy and it was the best organization I have ever seen.

Smooth process. The ticket gave us access to the leaning tower and the neighboring cathedral. It also gave you access to the toilets, so you didn't have to pay anything else. A very impressive architectural ensemble. In the early morning, the square was still virtually empty. The climb to the tower is definitely worth it. We really enjoyed it. Note the time slot!

Of course the monuments themselves do not need any evaluation, the whole aerea is phenomenal and breathtaking. We found the ticketing with "headout" was very good and helpfull and certainly avoids waiting in line. It does pay to go early, we got there at ard 08:30h am which was ok, by the time we left ard 1300h, the whole area was packed.
We got to the train station and asked for directions to the Leaning Tower bus. We got on and found that this particular one would make a different trip before going to the tower--the driver had us stay on. Of course, the timing was off and we were late to our appointed time, we had to put our stuff in a locker and overall we were behind. The staff did allow us to step in, for which we were very grateful. The climb was not as difficult as I anticpated but the top was difficult to navigate with my cane.
After I came down from the tower I went to door 17, an little museum about the tower. I asked a worker there if I were on the right place and she said no. So I walked away and looked for the door 17. I asked I the shop next door and told me it was the door before the shop and that's was were the worker said it wasn't the right place. I went inside and showed my ticket to another worker and she said it was right and I could go in. It seems that not everyone knows where to go. And because of that I didn't have time to see the whole museum because I had a time to meet my travel leader at a special time. That's what's sad I couldn't see the whole museum I paid for
Liked everything was a great experience had no problems getting in to the attractions Thanks for great experience
I really enjoyed the experience, but I would like to highlight the understanding of the staff because I had a problem with the train that was taking me and I suffered a delay, but they understood and I was able to pass without problems.

You really noticed how crooked the tower is in real life when you were running up it. Sometimes you really had to hold on. Simply a great experience.

Was not able to visit the cathedral which was closed. I guess after travelling long time it was not a great experience to visit the cathedral. Also if one attraction was closed, the ticket should be flexible to visit other attraction. Too many ticket options was confusing.
No es mucho recorrido pero es muy práctico sobre todo para quien no conoce. Sales del avión subes en el tranvía y ya estás en la ciudad.
Instructions and tickets got us right into the tower as expected. The ticket gave us free lockers for our backpacks and toilets. We also went to the other sites such as cathedral and the big long building with statues and wall drawings. All this was done in 2.5 hours. The audio guide would not download or play. It was a waste of money. It wouldn't even play when hooked up to excellent WiFi. Be careful of the Pisa Bus Police. If you don't tap your visa correctly you will pay a penalty of €43. They get on the stop right after the train station and seek out every tourist. It is a scam and tourist trap. We tapped and they said we didn't do it right. Took our IDs and would not let us go until the €86 was paid. They don't treat tourist well in this city. We found out later from Florence and other towns of the south that this is what Pisa has decided to do. Take care. We still had fun!
Pisa is very beautiful and you definitely have to see the Leaning Tower. The headout ticket is relatively more expensive than booking on site. For this reason, I would choose to book on site, especially because the combined ticket for €25.00, which can be bought on site, is definitely worth it. Our ticket only included 3 out of 6 attractions for the same price.

Beautiful complex with the associated buildings. All connected and barrier-free. - Not at the tower. Pre-booking is recommended, otherwise there is a long wait until a time slot is free. A visit to the cathedral is very worthwhile. As this is the main attraction in Pisa, it is correspondingly busy. September 05. Admission with the ticket via Headout worked without any problems.

It was a very positive experience! Ticket purchasing was easy. We arrived at the tower 15 minutes earlier then our time slot, like it said to do. They let us in on time. Walking the steps to the top was fun. It was much cooler inside the tower than outside. When you reach the top, the view is spectacular!
Received ticket access by e-mail, but I had to download the app first, I think a PDF attachment would be sufficient, could not open the app at times, luckily took a screenshot of the ticket 😉, this should not happen with combination tickets, otherwise the entry worked without any problems

We made a booking initially, but due to slots unavailable we were not issued the tickets.. But when I responded to Headout requesting if we could make it as we were meeting up with family, they obliged and issued us with the tickets.. Thanks Guys !
I was a little late due to the heavy traffic from Florence, but the person at the gate was very kind and he helped me in after a little wait!
You need to wear good shoes, we seen some goofs with heels on and you will be walking up stairs with people behind you so dont wear a skirt that shows what you had for brekkie. It is a long climb up and down 251 x 2 in fact. If you are asthmatic, bring your puffer. If you are older, consider if you are capable of this amount of stairs. Take a wet scarf because it gets hot. When you get to the top you only have about 30 minutes to absorb it so dont waste your money by taking photos of yourself doing a duckie. Enjoy your experience because it is amazing. Reconsider if you are scared of heights because Galileo wasnt mucking around when he was throwing stuff off to test the theory of gravity.
It was completely absurd that I had to download the app to be able to display the tickets. The app was also slow and the tickets couldn't be downloaded to my phone. Never again.

We had a great time. The tower climb was well organised and queuing was minimal. The whole experience exceeded expectations
Si, tenían el billete reservado y sin problema al recogerlo, lo único que al no habee ninguna indicación tuvimos que ir a dos sitios hasta localizar dónde nos tenían q dar el billete.
Miracle Square is always wonderful, and the ascent to the Tower was within the time stipulated in the entrance ticket. Everything was perfect although, of course, tiring the climb particularly in the last stretch.

Fantastic view, efficient entry and baggage storage, though that was not clearly communicated beforehand. Well worth the trip to Pisa!
Price-performance ratio was not in order. The selectable options in the assessment do not allow an objective assessment. Tickets sold for €75 instead of €60 with an increased fee. 20€ is enough for one visit!
